We at M.K. Hufford Co., Inc. dba Westmont Place Apartments are very proud of our 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom units. Westmont Place is for those 55 years and older. Our friendly staff members strive to make your stay a very pleasant one. We are in a quiet, safe residential neighborhood. Westmont Place is near the Northridge Shopping area.
Our beautiful 2 bedroom units have 840 square feet of living area. The “Jack and Jill” bathrooms feature two 2 piece bathrooms connected by a separate bathing area. Your guests do not have to use your own personal bathroom area. The 11’X17’ living area is open to the 8’X13’ dining area. The master bedroom is 11’X12’ and has a walk in closet. The guest bedroom is 8’X10’. The galley style kitchen has a pantry area and washer/dryer hook up. The stove and refrigerator are provided. The kitchen has a walk out to the 12’X20’ private courtyard. The A, B and C buildings have a shed off of the courtyard, carved into the 20’X24’ garage. The D, E and F buildings do not have the shed and instead offer a full 20’X24’ garage. 2 garage door openers are included with each unit.
All of the units have gas heat and central air. Residents pay for their own gas, electric and internet/television services. Your rent payment includes the trash removal, water/sewer, grounds upkeep and snow removal in the common areas in the winter. Residents are responsible for the upkeep of their private courtyard.
Residents park in their garages and walk into the unit through the courtyard. There are visitor parking spaces on the complex. Visitors can also park along Westmont Place.
No pets are allowed.
